Zen: The Art of Being (Meditation Practice)

The Buddhist Temple of Chicago continues to offer meditation sessions twice a week (with a few cancellations due to special events). Sessions are open to all, especially beginners. (Free-will donations are appreciated.)

  • Weekly - Sunday mornings 9:00-10:15am
  • Thursday evening meditation has been cancelled until further notice

The sessions are primarily for beginners, but experienced meditators are welcome to join in.
